Step 1
Clean All Pallets
Clean all pallets and attach clean paper for PLG to ride upon.
Step 2
Designate One Pallet
Designate a pallet as you setup pallet, checking level front-to-back and side-to-side.
Step 3
Height Adjustment
Make sure the height is in the mid-range. This allows you to go up and down as you go along, leveling your pallets.
Quality Control
The PLG comes with a built-in quality control system for you to use as is, or modify to suit your needs. The QC outline is designed to give you a starting template to work with. Revise it based on how you use the PLG in your shop.
