Machine is All Electric
with exception of air Sqeegeelizers for even squeegee pressure across
the length of the squeegee. Head motion both up and down as well
as print carriage back and forth are driven by electric motors.
Machine indexes using electric motor gear box and geneva cam drive
(electro mechanical) Power requirement are 40 Amps Single Phase.
Flash power is separate from press but also single phase. Machine
is equipped with RPM retrofitted/aftermarket micros on each head
for quicker more exact micro control. Press is 15'6" diameter and
does not require additional diameter around flashes as they raise
up and down rather than outward to remove heat from the platen.
